What We Do
E/W Capital is a financial advisory firm based in New York. E/W assists companies and project developers addressing strategic alternatives, developing business plans, and seeking to raise new capital or to refinance existing obligations in two principal sectors: infrastructure broadly and renewable energy in particular.
Our scope has recently extended to include technology and media strategic and M&A advisory work.
The principals bring knowledge and personal experience negotiating complex financings. We have had direct exposure to raising start-up capital for businesses we founded.
