Solar PV financings include the $8MM sale of a combined PV and solar thermal portfolio at a leading university in the US south-west; the sale at NTP of 29MW of municipal and school projects across New England; the sale at NTP of a 3.5MW landfill project on municipal property in New York. 

Transactions in process include the sale at NTP of > 30MW of NY State community solar projects , and the sale of a 12.25MW solar+storage project in Maryland with a pipeline exceeding 60MW to follow

  Brought together and now advising the experienced management team behind a new HydroPower venture focused on rehabilitating some of the more than 53,000 structures on rivers in the Lower 48. Projects will range in size but average ~20MW and within the next ~5 years build out to in excess of 180MW. The necessary development capital has been raised in order to bring projects to NTP. E/W will begin pre-qualifying project capital partners, over the next 6-12 months. Total project capital required is expected to be around $900 million.
